What counts as a normal product variation — and what is a defect?
Content: As with all handcrafted PVC footwear, minor cosmetic variations are a normal part of the manufacturing process and do not constitute product defects. These include small traces of excess glue, light fold marks from packaging, or minor surface scratches.
A product is only considered defective if it cannot be worn as intended. Examples of genuine defects include: a broken or detached strap, a separated sole, or a decoration that has fallen off. If you receive a product with any of these issues, please contact us immediately with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
