What counts as a normal product variation — and what is a defect?
Content: As with all handcrafted PVC footwear, minor cosmetic variations are a normal part of the manufacturing process and do not constitute product defects. These include small traces of excess glue, light fold marks from packaging, or minor surface scratches.
A product is only considered defective if it cannot be worn as intended. Examples of genuine defects include: a broken or detached strap, a separated sole, or a decoration that has fallen off. If you receive a product with any of these issues, please contact us immediately with photos and we will resolve it promptly.

How quickly will my order ship after payment?
Content: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after full payment is confirmed. Please note that payments received on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Content: We ship all orders on DAP (Delivered at Place) Incoterms. Under DAP, DADI Footwear covers all shipping costs, export documentation, and risks until the goods arrive at the agreed destination.

— Any applicable import duties, taxes, or VAT
We provide a full set of shipping documents with every order, including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. We recommend working with a licensed customs broker in your country for smooth clearance.
